Booking: To reserve the apartment a 30% deposit of the total amount (at least the amount of 1 night) has to be payed by bank transfer to our bank:

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Up to 30 days prior arrival full refund of booking deposit, less administrative expences..
From 30 to 25 days prior arrival refund of 40% of booking deposit, less administrative expences..
From 14 to 2 days prior arrival refund of 20% of booking deposit, less administrative expences.
In case of balance and security deposit:
Balance will be paid upon arrival and we accept credit card (VISA & MASTERCARD), bank tranfer or cash.
The amount of security deposit depends on the duration of your stay.
